Happy Wednesday! Week 12 is done and we hope everyone had an awesome Thanksgiving while watching the game. Here are the two players that exceeded this week:
WR, Doug Baldwin, Seattle Seahawks: 6 Receptions, 145 Yards, 3 TDs; ESPN Score: 32
Baldwin and the Seahawks offense performed at their expected championship caliber in their win against the Steelers on Sunday. The offense clicked perfectly during the game and Baldwin was a huge helping hand with a 3 TD day.
WR Jeremy Maclin, Kansas City Chiefs: 9 Receptions, 160 Yards, 1 TD; ESPN Score: 22
Maclin was considered a top notch receiver when he was with the Eagles, but hasn’t met people’s expectations ever since he joined the Chiefs. On Sunday though, Maclin showed he still has gas left in the tank with a season high 160 receiving yards against Buffalo.
Here are two players that underperformed in week 12:
WR Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 5 Receptions, 64 Yards, 0 TD; ESPN Score: 6
WR Mike Evans has been pretty consistent for the past couple weeks, scoring over 10 PTs (ESPN Standard Score) for the offense. However, he didn’t add any value on Sunday in the Buccaneers’ loss against the Colts. He should have a decent game against the struggling Falcons in week 13.
WR Antonio Brown, Pittsburgh Steelers: 6 Receptions, 51 Yards, 0 TDs; ESPN Score: 5
Brown has been inconsistent this season for fantasy owners. He took the crown for most receptions and yards in the Steelers franchise, but had some non-productive games like the one on Sunday. He should bounce back and be more consistent for the rest of the season.
Here is someone to look out for Week 13:
RB David Johnson, Arizona Cardinals
Johnson can be a big value for owners who don’t have a strong and consistent back. With Chris Johnson out for a few weeks, and Andre Ellington with turf toe, David Johnson is the next best back to go with this Sunday. Whether it’s for your RB2 or FLEX. Johnson will definitely have a decent amount of touches.
Here is someone you should sit for this week:
WR T.Y. Hilton, Indianapolis Colts
Hilton had a very strong game on Sunday for both the Colts and many fantasy owners, scoring 2 TDs and 21 points (ESPN Standard Score). However, he’s been very inconsistent with the lack of a QB and will continue to be so until someone steps in at the helm who he will have a great connection with.
Good luck to everyone for week 13!
