For those of you who are normal and completely detest the gym, but desire a hot bod or healthy insides, I completely understand your struggle. Unfortunately, I don’t possess that gene that sparks overwhelming motivation to get my gym on. I groan at the mere mention of the word “gym” to be honest. I would much rather play with my cellulite and take vitamins.
If only it were that easy.
As I shamefully succumb to the pressure of the media, I make the begrudging trek to the gym (almost) daily. From there, I turn on my carefully curated “workout playlist” and make my rounds. That’s not the issue. My issue is getting out of bed, getting dressed, and consciously moving in the direction of Planet Fitness. After realizing the problem lied between my comfy sheets and down comforter, I thought to create a “pre-workout” playlist. Something to get me going, wake me up a little. If you lack that extra push, this might be for you.
