Happy Tuesday, 20somethings! Hopefully by now you’ve shaken off the residual effects of an awesome holiday weekend, and you’re ready to get back work both in life and in the gym. As with anything else, your goals and ambition need to be refueled, so its time to top off your tank.

Here are my three picks for top fitness motivators on YouTube. Put on your headphones, and get to work!

1. CT Fletcher

“I command you to grow, you must grow, I’m the boss muthafucka, I tell you what to do, you don’t tell me, I told your ass to grow!”

If you want aggressive, in your face, knows no limits motivation, then CT Fletcher is your guy. You may not have heard of him, but once you do, you’ll never forget who he is. His voice will probably pop up in your head when you least expect it!

2. Arnold Schwarzenegger

“The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That’s what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they’ll go through the pain no matter what happens.”

By now we know that anything Arnold says he’s going to do, pretty much gets done. A remarkable man in many ways. Who better to draw motivation from than The Terminator himself!

3. Greg Plitt

“In life, it’s not the genetic guy who wins or the guy with the most potential who wins; it’s the person with the greatest perseverance who wins. Always be willing to get up and go at it again and again. That’s the guy who has his hands raised later in life. That’s the guy you guys need to be.”

The late Greg Plitt was one of the fitness world’s greatest motivators. Known for his passion, intensity, and drive, Greg Plitt touched the hearts of many individuals in and out of the fitness world. He continues to inspire people to maximize their potential through his speeches and videos.

Don’t forget, training the mind through positive thought and motivation is just as important as training the body. When your body no longer has anything left, it’s the mental push that will take you through the rest!
