Though happiness is an infinite conversation on our social message board, the basic elements of happiness seem to always be within reach. Seeing happy people leads the rest of us to sasume that elements in their lives must be perfect. It might even seem like they’re experiencing some sort of chemical reaction, or mood modifying drug.

The truth is, there are a few notable elements of happiness which are consistently driven into our brains, yet, we ignore them. Above all, most of them correlate with a peaceful sense of self and being a decent human being. These two simple things attract external factors which ultimately, breed happiness, as shown below:
