How To Get “Better Deals Than Black Friday” On Amazon Next Week

In honor of Amazon’s 20th birthday, the company will host “Prime Day” – a global shopping event, that you’re not going to want to miss.

Starting at midnight on July 15th, Prime members will have access to more deals than they do during Black Friday, according to Amazon.

Deals will be constantly updated throughout the day – even as often as every ten minutes. Nothing is more exciting than the anticipation of how low these prices can go. It’s like Vegas casino gambling on the computer, some people may not get enough.

Some of the deals that will be featured are on electronics, toys, video games, movies, clothing, patio, lawn and garden, sports and outdoor items. I mean hello!? Who doesn’t love online shopping, especially if it takes you away from your work for 10, 15 or 125 minutes?

Prime Day deals are available for participating customers in the U.S., U.K., Spain, Japan, Italy, Germany, France, Canada and Austria. Sorry China and Russia (we’re actually not though).

Greg Greeley, the Vice President of Amazon Prime, said in a statement that “Prime Day is a one-day only event filled with more deals than Black Friday, exclusively for Prime members around the globe. Members tell us every day how much they love Prime and we will keep making it better…If you’re not already a Prime member, you’ll want to join so you don’t miss out on one of the biggest deals extravaganzas in the world.”

The hot deals are only available to new and current Prime members. Membership is $99 a year and includes free 2-day shipping, access to Amazon instant video, and Prime music. If you don’t have Amazon Prime and if you want to check out these deals, you can sign up for a free 30-day trial of Amazon at You’re welcome.

Talk is cheap, but let’s see if Amazon can make those prices cheaper and live up to all this hype.
