“Ain’t nobody got time for that!” You really don’t. I don’t have much time either. In fact, I’ve began to value my time over money, because it’s the one thing that no one can give back to me. I’m a huge proponent of getting the most bang for your buck.

My limits on time and resources have allowed me to be creative in all areas of my life. No hair tie? Cool, I’ll use an old shoelace. No bread? Fine, I’ll use pancakes or waffles.

No gym? No problem. I’ll workout in my backyard.
