Protect Your Ta Ta’s: Introducing the NightLift Bra

There’s a bra you can wear at night to protect your ta-tas? Hmm. I was skeptical at first too, until I did some research and had one delivered to my door to try for myself. I mean, how could you not want to try out something that prevents the damage, caused by age, to your precious girls?

First, let me talk about the brand itself and what they claim to do.

NightLift promises to prevent your breasts from sagging or wrinkling quicker. While you sleep, they’re all over the place — they’re to the left, right, on your sides or being smushed (if you’re a belly sleeper like so):

NightLift1

Plastic surgeon Randal Haworth, M.D., created the first sleepwear bra — the genius NightLift. Reading over the “about” section on the site, I realized we’ve been doing it all wrong.

We should be wearing a sleepwear bra to bed to make sure we are keeping our breasts secure and safe while we toss and turn.

My first impression of the NightLift

My package shipped pretty quick and it was within the delivery window they gave me. It came in a cute NightLift box, good packaging to take note of.

Upon first touch, I immediately noticed how amazing the material was. I felt the urge to put it on and snuggle up in it immediately. The bra itself looks similar to a daytime bra, except it has an extra strap for more support. The back was higher though, but nothing I couldn’t get used to quickly.

Trying the NightLift bra on for the first time was weird, not because it was uncomfortable, but because I still couldn’t imagine actually going to bed with a bra on.

My first night, however, was a success and a pleasant surprise. The cups don’t have underwires, the fabric is amazing and breathable, and I didn’t have to readjust it throughout the night. It simply just cradled my gals through my whole sleep with no interruptions.

After wearing the NightLift bra for 4 weeks…

Ladies, I can’t stress it enough — we’ve all been doing it so wrong. Before NightLift I would always take advantage of a no bra opportunity. Now that I’ve been wearing NightLift, I realize how affected our breasts are by wearing a bra. I’m even more aware of laying down without a bra, and I’m more comfortable with one — feels right!

According to Dr. Haworth, those with C cups or larger will benefit more with the NightLift. I’m a B and I still see the benefits for sure! I feel like they’re more supported, the right feeling to have.

Don’t worry guys, it’s never too late! Order your own NightLift bra on the website and get started ASAP!
