July was recorded as being the hottest month around the globe since temperature recording began in the late 1800s, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Temperatures continue to rise well into August. Don’t worry, this isn’t a story on global warming or the effects of greenhouse gasses to our ozone.

In the past week, a couple of our furry friends felt the heat also and decided to take matters into their own hands. Normally we see them swimming at pools at the zoo or they cool off in their natural habitat. However, a couple videos went viral in the past week where bears decided to take a dip in people’s pools. Not just one bear but several bears have been filmed by homeowners and on-lookers who witnessed these creatures taking a dip in the pool. Fill your Sunday with cuteness and watch as these bears beat the heat.

New Jersey pool invaded by momma bear and her cubs

It was a family affair in the backyard of a New Jersey homeowner as he filmed the family swimming in his above-ground pool. The video shows that bears love playing with the rafts, slide, and boogie boards. Basically they thought this was a country club.

Do not worry animal lovers, no humans or bears were harmed in the filming or aftermaths of these videos.
